What is my cap size?

To get your hat size, use a tape measure and wrap it around your head and use the table below to convert in to WIP cap sizes. You can also use the downloadable measuring tape from WIP site.We feel it's better to pick a hat size slightly loose for better comfort and allowance for hair.

How can I purchase a cap from WIP?

There are a few ways to purchase a Wip cap. The first is online through PayPal. You can access this information in the purchase page. You will have to fill up the form and send it to us. We will send you an invoice asking for payment. This being said, please make sure your contact details in the purchase page are accurate. Or you won't get your cap!

A second way is to visit our numerous partener shops. Please check the "Stores" section of the purchase page to find a store near your area.

Can i have my own design put on a cap?

It is possible to have your own design or company designs put on a Wip Cap but we have a minimum order quantity of 100 Pcs with five different sizes. It is important to note that these designs are subject to approval of the Wip team. Drop is a line here and we can talk about your ideas and special rates for these bulk orders!

Can I order a single personalized cap?

As of right now, we are not producing single caps. However we are interested to hear your ideas and maybe incorporate some of your ideas for future cap designs. So please feel free to contact us.

How do you Clean WIP caps?

Never wash the Cap. Washing it will ruin the cap shape. Instead use a damp cloth and with detergent to clean the cap. This is especially effective for the sweat band of the cap. For dusty caps, using a brush works well to clean the bill and the dome of the cap. Another popular way of cleaning WIP caps is by using tape or lint remover. The sticky side of the tape is used to pick up the lint, dust, or any other particle on the cap.

Can I bend the visor of the cap without damaging it?

Yes you can. Bend it as you please and the cap will not be damaged.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

WIPcaps only accept exchanges with regards to wrong size of the caps.  If the WIPcap that was purchased was the wrong size, they could return it provided that the following conditions are met:

• The cap has not been worn
• There are no damages to the cap
• All tags and stickers are still on the cap
• The size that will be exchanged for is available

How do i know if my Wip cap is original?

There are many ways to tell if you have an original wipcap. Please go to the authenticity page to see if your cap's serial number is genuine. You can also check that webpage to see details of the other quality checks that we have such as:

• The correct number of seams on the bill of the cap
• Allignment of the wip tag inside the cap
• The 3d embroiderry of the Wip logo on the side.
• The Serial number checks out in the authenticity page.
