If you were at Saturday's FlipTop Rap Battle, you would have seen the'Battle MC' fitted worn by the guest host, Six The Northstar. The guest host was necessary because the regular host and league founder, Anygma was scheduled to battle Dirtbag Dan, from San Jose California, USA. Here's a closer look at the cap, scheduled to be released in February 2011.

The FlipTop collabrotation is actually a two fold project. Aside from the Dark Grey cap, we also made a special one of a kind version for Anygma.He's known for his signature Oakland A's cap and so we took our color cues from that to produce a unique signature piece.

Despite the fact that most of the battles are in Tagalog (Filipino), they manage to garner millions of views in just a couple of months. With views of over 8 million in just under 6months, the most viewed video is the battle between Loonie and Zaito.
