RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF ITEM

All our products are sold in optimum and mint condition. You are only allowed to return an item within 3 days of receiving your package.

You can return an item provided that the following conditions are met:

• The cap has not been worn

• There are no damages to the cap

• All tags and stickers are still on the cap

• The size that the cap will be exchanged for is available

Email us your concern and receipt at contact@wipcaps.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the status of your Refund approval. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE AND MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
