What’s my cap size?
To get your size, grab a tape measure and wrap it around your head. Use the table below to find out what WIP size might fit best. Our fitted caps are true to size but rarely, will run slightly smaller/bigger.

How/where can I order/purchase a WIP cap?
That’s easy! There are a few ways to get your hands on WIP:

ONLINE
  • Register/log in at wipcaps.com (See our Ordering Guidelines for more details)
  • Navigate to our webstore, choose the styles/sizes you want and click "add to cart".
  • Click on the cart button on your upper right and proceed with checking out.
From here you will be able to select shipping and payment options. You may pay via PayPal or Bank deposit/online transfer through BDO, BPI, LBC Payment or COD via Ninja Van. Once you complete your order form; you will receive a thank you note with instructions from us via email. If everything’s cool, you can go ahead and pay.

We accept payments through any LBC branch near you if you don't have access to any banks. When using LBC Payment, please indicate the recipient as: JUDITH V. MEDRANO (WIPCAPS CORP.) Cut-off time to send your proof of payment is 2PM.

If you're paying via bank deposit/online bank transfer/LBC Payment, just email us a photo/screenshot of your deposit slip, and your order will be marked as paid as soon as your payment is processed. 

Please be reminded that we only process payments and orders from Mon-Fri during store hours (11am-6pm). If you pay over the weekend via bank deposit or transfer, please be patient as your payment status will be updated on the next weekday.

You'll then be receiving your official transaction receipt via email, which means we’ll be shipping your order as soon as we can. Another email will be sent with all the info you need. Make sure your payment is made within 48 hours maximum of confirming your order. Otherwise, it could get cancelled and another customer may purchase what is in your cart.

Please take note that we only ship from Mondays to Saturdays during store hours with a daily cut-off time of 4PM. If you want to receive your item faster, send in your proof of payment early. 

PICK-UP
You can secure your orders online and pick them up another time as long as it's within 7 working days from purchase. Only paid orders will be considered. You may pick up your package at WIP HQ during store hours. Feel free to give us a call for directions.

WALK-IN
Drop by WIP HQ or have a hit up any of our partner stores & stockists. We accept credit card payments as well.

PHONE-IN
Call us up once you know what design and size you’re getting at (02) 845-13-04 or text (+63)917-630-7135 with all your necessary info. We’re open on weekdays between 11am-6pm.

What if the design I want is sold out?
If the design is sold out, it is no longer displayed on the storefront. If you really want to make sure, give us a call or send us an email. You can also sign up for our WIP newsletter to get notified on restocks.

What are your payment methods?
We accept cash and credit card payments at WIP HQ. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and other major credit cards via our PayPal account online. Alternatively, we accept bank deposits and online bank transfers to our BDO/BPI account or LBC Payment. Our bank details will be provided when you confirm your order and will be sent via email as well. Don't forget to send us a scan/photo of your proof of payment.

Can I make an online purchase and pick up my order at WIP HQ another time?
Yes you can. Since we don't do reservations, it's always best to secure your orders online. Make sure you indicate when you plan to pass by in the notes section, as long as it's within 7 working days from purchase. Only paid orders will be considered. You may pick up your package at WIP HQ during store hours. Just present your I.D. and official receipt.

Do I pay for shipping?
Standard shipping rates apply for now depending on which courier you select. International order prices vary depending on your choice of courier and your location. Good news is if your order amounts to PHP2000+ we'll ship to you for free anywhere in the PH. 
*There are also box upgrade options with extra cost. All orders made We also pick-up options at WIP HQ or at a JRS/LBC branch nearest to you. Please indicate your preferred branch in the notes section.

How do I track my package?

For local orders: We ship via JRS Express, LBC or Ninja Van. JRS and LBC take 2-3 working days, while Ninja Van takes 2-3 working days for Metro Manila and up to 7 days for provicial areas. All tracking numbers will be provided via email.

For international orders: We ship via DHL priority shipping.
Please be patient as it takes more time for our courier to get the package to your country. You will be sent a tracking number soon after we ship your item out.

Once your package has been shipped, you will be receiving a notification via email. You can also track the status of your order when you click on 'your account' on the website. 

Can I buy your cap even if I live outside of the Philippines?
We ship worldwide. Go ahead and specify your location and select your preferred shipping option. If your location isn't listed, we will be manually invoicing you with your exact shipping cost. Please be sure to pay for your item since this gives us the cue to issue you a shipping fee invoice. You can use paypal and credit card to pay. Once everything’s been paid for, we’ll ship the cap over.

How long does it take for my cap to arrive?
Shipments within the Philippines arrive in 1-2 business days. International orders usually take about 4-5 business days depending on your location. You can track your order’s status when you log in to your account, and you will be notified and updated regarding your package through your provided email address. You may include in the special notes to receive a tracking number if you want to track the progress yourself.

What's your bank account info?
Our bank deets will be provided when you confirm your order and check out. It will also be sent to you in your confirmation email.

Do you Accept Returns / Exchanges/ Refunds?
Yes we do, granted that you have read through our Terms of Service and Return Policies. You are required to read and agree to our terms before proceeding to make your purchase.

How can I be a dealer or distributor in my area?
We are open to new dealerships & distribution points worldwide, however we do go through a screening process before we approve. Please email us at contact@wipcaps.com and follow our guidelines on how to be a WIP distributor.

Do you accept wholesale/bulk orders?
We do have wholesale prices, but we also have a screening process for potential stockists/distributors. Please email us at contact@wipcaps.com and follow our application guidelines.

I want to have caps made. Do you guys accept custom orders or OEM?
Yes we do! We can give you a custom run of high-quality headwear. You can hit us up to make your own custom WIP caps. There is a selection process that we go through when pushing through with projects like this. Contact us via email at contact@wipcaps.com and check out our custom order guidelines.

Can I order a single personalized cap?
As of right now, we are not producing single caps. If you have any designs in mind that we you feel we should consider for future releases, we’re definitely interested to hear your ideas! Please feel free to contact us to see if we would be open to collaborate on your idea.

Can WIP caps sponsor me for my events/photo shoots/video shoots?
Yes, we can support you depending on the project. Please send us an email and take note of the following requirements you need to get sponsored.

How do I keep my WIP caps clean?
Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the cap. This is especially effective for the sweatband. For dusty caps, using a brush works well to clean the bill and the dome of the cap. Another popular way of cleaning WIP caps is by using tape or lint remover. The sticky side of the tape is used to pick up the lint, dust, or any other particle on the cap. To avoid dust accumulation, store your caps in a nice, clean space.

DISCLAIMER: Fully submerging the cap in water is not advisable, as it risks the potential of affecting your cap’s shape. We are not responsible for damages that occur during cleaning under customer’s care.

Can I bend the visor of the cap without damaging it?
Yes you can! Bend it as you please and the cap will not be damaged. Give it some of your character.

How do I know if my WIP cap is original?
All our caps are high-quality products that come with WIP labels, tags and certificates of authenticity. If you suspect your cap is fake, you can send us photos of your cap along with details regarding your purchase and we can let you know if it’s legit or not. If the photos don’t suffice, you can have us check it out physically at WIP HQ or ask for a legit check in our WIPheads group. To avoid falling into the hands of piracy, make sure you purchase directly from us or our partner stores & trusted stockists.

How can I report fake WIP caps being sold in stalls or online shops?
Piracy is a tough beast to handle. Although we have made efforts to stand up against pirates with our Anti-Piracy movement, we still get reports of fakes being spotted here and there. It would help us a great deal if you could email us at contact@wipcaps.com with  pictures and information on stores that profit from selling products that we’ve designed and copyrighted. The best we can do for now is continue to prove that WIP is more than just a cap: it’s a community, a family, a lifestyle. Real recognizes real.
