Ordering Guidelines

1. Register here and fill out all important information. 
*You may also purchase as a guest, which does not require you to sign up, for one-time transactions. 

2. Authenticate your account via email and go to our webstore.

3. Hover over products for their prices. Click on the products to see their details and add them to your cart.

4. When you're happy with what you got, proceed to fill out your order form with all the necessary info. We'll be needing your:
  • Shipping/Pick-up details
  • Complete shipping address
  • Shipment/packaging requests
  • Payment method (card/paypal/BDO or BPI bank deposit/online bank transfer/GCash/COD (Cash on Delivery))
  • Any notes/special requests
**FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please select 'international shipping'  and the paypal payment method when you check out your order. If your location is unlisted, pay for your item and we will be getting in touch with you ASAP via email with a manual invoice regarding the total amount you will have to pay for shipping.

**FOR LOCAL ORDERS: Shipping fees apply depending on your location (standard is PHP250 via JRS Express anywhere in the Philippines), but if you order 2 or more items that total to PHP2000, you get FREE standard shipping. We also offer pick-up options at WIP HQ or at a JRS branch nearest to you. Please indicate your preferred branch in the notes section.

5. Check out! Make sure you read the details. You will be sent a confirmation email for your order. 

6. Pay for your order. Please take note that we accept payments via BDO or BPI bank deposit/online bank transfer, and creditcard/paypal only. Your official WIP receipt will be sent via email once you sent us your proof of payment and your order has been marked as 'paid' by our staff.

Bank deposit instructions:
For deposits, make your payment within 48 hours maximum of confirming your order. Otherwise, if you exceed 48 hours it may be considered cancelled, and another customer could purchase the product stock in your cart.
Take a picture/scan your deposit slip and email it to us by replying to your confirmation email. Once we receive this, we will ship your cap as soon as possible! Shipments only happen on weekdays during store hours and we do not operate on holidays and weekends.

It usually takes 1-2 working days to deliver anywhere in Manila. Sometimes it varies depending on your location and courier schedules.

7. Wait for your order to arrive! You'll be getting a 'shipped' notification via email once your package has been shipped out from WIP HQ. You can check the status of your order at 'your account' at the website. For inquiries or assistance, please call us up at (02)88451304 or (+63)917-630-7135 between 10am-5pm on weekdays

2. You may purchase directly from WIP HQ. We love seeing WIPheads coming in to visit. We accept Cash and GCash. We're open on MON-FRI: 10AM-5PM.

3. You can also pick up your package at WIP HQ during store hours. You can secure your orders online and pick them up another time as long as it's within 7 working days from purchase.

4. Phone-in-orders are accepted during store hours.
