Refund policy

RETURNS

All our products are sold in optimum and mint condition. You are only allowed to return an item within 3 days of receiving your package. You can return it provided that the following conditions are met:
• The cap has not been worn
• There are no damages to the cap
• All tags and stickers are still on the cap
• The size that the cap will be exchanged for is available

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to us at contact@wipcaps.com.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective/damaged, or if the size of the cap you ordered needs to be changed and the size you want is available. Please be sure of your cap size before making a purchase. Our size chart is found in our FAQ section. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@wipcaps.com and wait for our instructions.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you have purchased an item on sale with the wrong size, we cannot provide a refund. The best we can do is replace your cap with another available size or design equivalent to the amount you have paid, or you may opt to pay extra on top of it for another design that costs more.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@wipcaps.com.

SHIPPING
We offer standard shipping and charge an additional fee to have your package upgraded to box shipping, which avoids any damages that can occur during the shipment process. We highly recommend upgrading to the box for optimal results.

To return a package, notify us via email and wait for our instructions. You can then mail your product to: Unit 1214 Cityland Hererra Tower Makati PH 1200

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You could consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
